Who We Are
We are movers and shakers – literally. Movement brings us joy. Exercising with others makes us happy. For over a decade, The Core Studio has been helping people find more freedom of motion. We help individuals of every ability move with more ease and confidence. All programs offered at the studio have been developed from protocols established through research by The American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals.
What We Do
We provide functional movement training and stretch therapy for improved mobility and injury prevention. Simply put, we help people move better. With a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology and personal needs, we design safe and effective movement strategies that stimulate motor learning. Regardless of your age, ability, injuries or flexibility, we can establish a strong movement base that’s right for you. Our goal is to improve your body awareness through a mix of yoga, mobility, balance, core, strength, coordination and cardiovascular exercises – all fundamental for enhancing daily activity.
